You don't need anything special. A document your team already uses is enough. This helps the course turn out better:
- Use the current version. The one your operation uses today.
- One topic per document. For example, just register closing.
- Include the steps and the rules. What's done and what's non-negotiable.
- Tell us who will take it. Role, branch and whether they'll watch on a phone.
- Who approves. The person on your team who will review the lessons.

What documents can I upload?
PDF, Word, text or a link to an internal page. Manuals, policies, procedures, presentations or meeting notes.
Does the AI make things up?
It shouldn't: every idea in the course cites the page of your document it comes from, and your team reviews and approves each lesson before publishing.
Do people appear in the videos?
Today the videos use illustrations of your operation, on-screen labels and voice, with no actors. Coming soon you'll be able to choose a custom virtual presenter or teach with your own avatar.
How long are the videos?
You decide: from 60-second micro-lessons to full lessons. AETHOS fits the script to the length you choose.
Does it work with my LMS?
Yes: every course is delivered as a SCORM 1.2 package with subtitles. You can also use the AETHOS platform.
Do my people need to install anything?
No. They watch lessons on desktop or phone, and the vertical video can be sent over WhatsApp.
Can it be adapted to my company?
